Lucas has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry.  He moved to San Francisco in 2005 from Oregon, received his California Contractors License, and started Eastwood Development Inc.  His experience to date has been primarily focused on residential remodel.  As the company has expanded so has the talented staff of craftsmen and network of knowledgeable and skilled sub-contractors.  Eastwood Development Inc. is well suited to address any of your construction needs.

Lucas grew up in Pendleton, Oregon and attended college in Incline Village, NV, before serving in the US Army as a paratrooper.  Lucas fell in love with the mountains of California during college and knew he would be coming back after the military.  He lives with his girlfriend and their two dogs in The Mission.  He loves basketball (playing and watching), travel, and live music in his free time.  Lucas has always believed family and hard work are of paramount importance.  He is dedicated to both his family and his business.
